We reserve the right to update our services, products, or these terms at any time. You'll always find the latest version on our website or app. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Your personal information is used only to improve your experience — such as processing orders, providing support, or sending updates.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
You may request to delete your account and data at any time via the app or by contacting us.
All website and app content is the property of Korai Skin. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any material without written consent.
You may download product visuals or information for personal, non-commercial use only. Any alteration or unauthorized use is prohibited.
We use cookies to improve site functionality and gather insights into user behavior.
We may use tools like Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.
Spa Services: If your spa appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time, a SAR 50 late cancellation fee will apply.
Salon Services: If your salon booking is cancelled within 4 hours, a SAR 30 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed via bank transfer or credited to your in-app wallet within 14 business days.
Beauty services are reserved exclusively for women.
If this condition is violated, a SAR 100 penalty will be applied and deducted from the total service amount, with the balance refunded within 14 business days.
Korai Skin does not provide services to commercial spaces, hotels, or hotel apartments.
Bookings made to such locations will be automatically cancelled after verification, and the standard cancellation fee will apply.
Services must be booked to the correct residential address. If a booking is made to an incorrect location, the visit will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply accordingly.
If you need to change the service location, you must cancel the existing booking and create a new one.
We cannot redirect professionals once a booking has been confirmed.
Professionals will only perform the treatments listed in the app under the selected service.
Requests for additional tasks, services outside the defined scope, or unsafe procedures are not permitted.
For spa and salon services, only one specialist can be booked per transaction.
If multiple services or specialists are needed, separate bookings must be made based on specialist availability in your area.
If you request a specific professional, we will do our best to confirm their availability.
In rare cases where your preferred specialist is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will assign another equally qualified specialist as a substitute.
